New pictures

I have put up some new pictures that I finally got developed. I have some of Carrie and me, some from a graffiti party, and some from halloween. Enjoy

That animator guy

So I am starting to gain a reputation as the “scoreboard guy" which is rather amusing, since I'm one of 12 people who currently do scoreboard animations for OSU. But when you tell anyone about it they think it’s really cool, and they start telling other people that I work there, and I become the “scoreboard guy.” I guess there could be worse things. But this just became apparent to me over the weekend as I met some friends of friends, and that is how everyone knew me.

I guess this must be working for me though, because I made it into the OSU Clermont county alumni club’s newsletter this month. I scanned the newsletter so you can read the article. I will be doing their web page soon, so I guess this is a way to get me motivated.

So it all starts with happy hour…

The weekend didn’t quite go as originally planned for me. On Friday night, I went to happy hour at Don Pablo’s with a few friends, then went to B. Hamptons for more drinks, then ended up at a friend’s to finish drinking up the night. Basically, way more drinking than was planned or intended. But the upside of the whole evening was that I met a girl who is terrific, and I talked to most of the evening. Her name is Carrie, and she just started in the masters program here at OSU for human resources. Then we talked on Saturday and Sunday online. And she came over Sunday night to watch a movie at my place. Things are going well so far, and I’m really excited about it. Other than that, I did homework over the weekend, and didn’t make it to the pumpkin festival. But I would say its been a good weekend.

Weekend Update

Its Friday again (thank god). Weekends just seem to come and go to fast anymore. So I'll try to make the best of it this weekend. I plan on going to the Circleville Pumpkin Festival with some friends who are in town for the weekend. Other than that, I think I have some drinks with friends, get some homework done, and try and catch up on sleep. GO BUCKS!!

I also added Gary's web site (a friend from work) to my list of referals.

I’m back

So it has been a long time since I’ve managed to actually post something up here. This quarter has gotten off to a busy start. I ended up leaving my third job which I had for 3 weeks. It was just too much to deal with for now. So I’m back to my 2 jobs and 4 classes’ situation. I have posted my AU schedule in case I have anyone following me around. Hopefully I’ll be updating this more frequently again.
