ROCK!!!

I think I'm going to have to mark down Friday, June 27th as a good day on my calendar.

It started out as a seemingly normal day...

I woke up about normal time, just rather happy I guess. Don’t get me wrong, I was still tired and that carried throughout the day, but it was an extra boost of energy I guess. Work went well, nothing too out of the ordinary. For lunch though, I had my usual routine of Taco Bell, but this time I got to eat my lunch sitting on a patio, overlooking a pond with fountains and full of fish. Where is that you may ask... well, that would be at the Victoria’s secret corporate offices where Carrie has her internship for the summer.

After lunch I headed home to Cincy with everything running about as planned. Then I got to go shopping and get 2 new “dress” outfits (shirts, pants, belt, and even shoes) for the remaining summer weddings and hopefully interviews.

Next I went to the mall area with my parents, and ended up at Best Buy with my dad. We proceded to look at digital cameras and were checking them out to see about buying one before our vacation next week. Well...about a half hour later, we walk out of there with TWO digital cameras. So my parents and I now have the Nikon Coolpix 3100 (review)

Then to top off the evening... I check my email tonight, and find out that I have been awarded a $250 award from OIT! Believe me I was shocked... considering I knew nothing of this and never applied for it. Guess that means I just have a great boss.

So in to wrap up... today has been a good day :-) I shall only hope that the rest of the weekend goes just as well. And to everyone else, may your days and weekends be joyful also.

Updates galore

So being a month has gone by... I figured I should update some of my pages too. So I have updated my links page with some new sites.

Being that this is my summer full of weddings, I figured I would add a page dedicated to all of these people getting married. Plus it is a good place for me to put some of my pictures from all of the events. So check it out, and you will see why I have very few free weekends this summer.

Last week I went to the Dave Matthews Band concert at Germain Amphitheater for both shows. Tons of fun! But I have to say... the second night was WAY better. So sorry to the people who only went to the first night. I have uploaded the set lists from both nights, so check them out if you are curious.

I'm back....

Ok, so I didn't really go anywhere, I've just been too busy or preocupied to update this. I figure there is a lot to cover about what has happened over the past month, so I will have to gather my thoughts and pictures for a big update... which should be soon.
